Text Effect Tutorials

Web and Designers has a great list of their top 30 favorite text effect tutorials done in Photoshop. I think I’ll endeavor to cover a few of my favorites in this list as well as any you’d like to see. Leave a comment with your favorite, and I’ll get to work on a few of them.

Hi,
I think some of these effects will be difficult to adapt because they use other programs or features of Photoshop not available in Gimp.
Anyway, I think it might be good to try a similar effect in Gimp.
To me, the 2, 4 and 9 effects are the most espectacular, but I think that to make them in Gimp, maybe you should do something similar to the 3 or 6 effects.
